  • Is there a minimum quantity per order?
Yes. It depends on whether you are doing screen printing or embroidery and how many colors you are planning to print. For embroidery the minimum is 8 pieces, regardless of the number of colors embroidered. This excludes hats which require their own minimum order of 8 because they are hooped differently than most items. For screen printing the minimum quantity for a one color print is 12 pieces. A two to three color print is 24 pieces and four to five colors is 73 pieces. If you are unsure of how many colors your print job is please feel free to reach out to our artist (art@bratprinting.com) who can assist you with that.
  • How does the process of placing an order go?
Please reach out to us and we will send over a quote with pricing and proofs for approval after apparel items and artwork have been decided on. Once you recieve your quote please be sure to review it carefully to ensure everything looks correct. If it does, please hit the blue final approval button located in the upper left hand corner of your quote. After we get your final approval you will recieve a request for a fifty percent deposit (or payment in full if requested). Then your items go into production once a deposit is recieved!
  • Can I bring in my own apparel to be printed or embroidererd on?
Yes, you can, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind: ○ The items must be brand new and never worn. ○ We cannot be held responsible for replacing the item supplied to us if it's accidentally misprinted. Misprints don't happen often but if an exact quantity is needed it would be a good idea to provide us with one or two extra items just in case. If that's not the case we will simply take the misprinted item off of the bill. ○ Some items are difficult for us to decide if we are able to embroider on unless we see it in person. Especially backpacks and duffel bags because of varying pocket placements that get in the way. All items like this must be approved for embroidery upon item drop off. We can ensure then that the item can be hooped on our specific machines. The last important thing to note is that the items we supply are specifically made for screen printing. This means not only can they withstand being put through our ≈ 350℉ dryer but they also prevent die migration. Items supplied to us may not have been made in a way to prevent this and it's the responsibilty of the customer to be sure they are providing us with items that won't bleed dyes or melt through the dryer.
  • What's your turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time is 10 business days. This countdown starts after approval & deposit. We do have rush services for tight deadlines, subject to availability. Please let us know if rush services are required before approving your order. Standard turnaround time is extended to 15 business days during the holiday season.
